As you most likely know, the true amateur sites are a bit more risky to promote so just be careful. We've seen a few drop off the face of the earth recently. Also, if you run a true amateur program, feel free to add your program. We add all programs, whether or not you offer any webmaster referrals or not. You might already be listed, so search for your program first to make sure.
