I have an evil question about hacking

My friend has recently been hacked. He lost everything, his files, his family pictures, movies.. Everything. He did not have any backup whatsoever. I almost slapped him in the face myself when I learned he did not have any backup. Anyway, I'm not an expert myself, but I managed to find the ip address of the asshole that did it..

I am not an expert. What can I do with the ip address to make the asshole pay. If that's even possible.. :Graucho

Post it,

I am sure we me and others can think of naughty things to do with it.

Don't know anything about it either. But when you do something to him, hit him extra hard for me too :)

He's probably changed his IP already if he's any good at hacking

How do we know if that's his permanent ip address or a dial-up ip address?

If you wanted to do it the legit way, contact the ISP and see if they have a record of that IP for the date your bud was hacked.

Exactly, and try to narrow down athe time and shit, they can even do it, if it isnt static..... I got caught this way like 7 years ago when i was just playing around at school, they thought i was some eleet haxor, so i was quite the catch

:2 cents:
it is highly likely that the poor saps ip you posted has nothing to do with it, if it even happened.

Ping a3it39k0y36l4.ab.hsia.telus.net (142.59.44.16)

Host unreachable

Maybe it was a proxy or his i.p adress problably changed cuz a lot of people have static i.p's.. i.p that changes when u reconnect on the internet.. and it's easy the guy what he did to ur friend he problably trojaned him by sending to him a file in .exe , .src or something like that. After that he's in the computer it's easy to delete all the files and do whatever he wants cuz he have all the commands anyway u should never open a file sent by strangers with a .exe , .src and other files like that cya.

Yeah, it's possible.. But all the e-mails we've received from that fucker was from the same ip address

sandz 04-21-2003 09:26 PM

It was me!

no just kidding, but thats pretty annoying.. if that happened to me I don't know what I'd do a lot of my work isn't backed up either.

As for tracking them down, I'd suggest contacting your isp
