cavecreek - fucking amaizing
 

... I come back from my easter weekend, one server at cavecreek is down ... I ring tech support and order a reboot, but 5 minutes later the box still ain´t up ... so I call again, the guy on the phone said that the motherboard is fucked and they will replace it now ... 5 minutes later ... my server is back up again ...

... believe it or not, tech support can´t get much better than that !!

They sure didn't replace the motherboard in 5 minutes. Most likely they just kicked the server and it started working.

cavecreek does have some incredible hosting...

If you guys remember 5 months ago my host became all fucked up, I switched to cavecreek and never had an issue since (knock on a woody)

10 minutes from my first call ... and the motherboard got replaced !!!

I've never used their hosting but CCBill has always provided us with top-notch technical and customer support.

They probably swapped the drive(s) to another box. But good show Cavecreek.

granted, it might have taken a bit longer than 5 minutes to replace?but we do keep technicians and an inventory of spare parts feet away from the servers

damn my whole server blew up around 2 years ago everything was gone even the back up.. found out at around 1am and was back up by 5 pm the next day.. i say that is pretty damn good. and impresive by any means.. cavecreek is the way to go for sure

i had fixed alot of things just by kicking it

all they would have to do is plug the HD into another server. but no. the MB sure wasnt replaced in that time.

cyberwurx/conepuppy has some damned good service as well.
