Excellent idea. Apps need to be regulated as well, way too much evil going on there. It should be illegal for Google to know when I pick up my phone so they can send me a spam email a few minutes later, but it's not. They do the same thing with notifications as well. As a businessman I think it's awesome, but as a phone user it's evil.

Chicago has all that black crime your God Emporer said he'll have to send the feds in to combat it because the state isn't doing enough. Sad I have to spell out common sense to you.
