Frisbee Golfing
 

Any of you ever do this?

Some friends have been going out to Frisbee Golf courses and they say its a blast.

sounds fun, but kinda stupid as well.

I love it! It's kinda stupid of course but it's a blast.. I used to go in South Lake Tahoe all the time and am going up here this summer.. it's worth a try if you like to fuck around, get some excersize and have some fun , some people are seriously into it, they have competitions all around North America and further I am sure. It's fun...

frisbee golf?

just like golf except your flinging frisbees at goals or hoops or whatever you throw through.

im guessing its got point systems and trick shots etc.

like golf, they have different courses and terrains.

trees can be a bitch.

AWESOME game Fletch...........Remember: 2 beer per hole MINIMUM !!! Always use the 175gr. frisbee........as well. FRISBEE RULES !!!

Just like golf there are a ton of variations you can put on it , to bet and make it even more fun.

Its pretty fun... would be stupid if it was on a golf course, but the fact you're in the woods, and its sort of laid back...

Makes it real fun.

There's a free frisbee golf course like 100 meters from my home door. I've never tried it. I prefer real golf.

i guess some call it 'Disk Golfing' as well.

obviously Frisbee retains a trademark issue when its always called Frisbee golfing.

It's a cool way to get a good hike in.......plus the courses are ussually in and near the woods so you can smoke one :thumbsup

Frisbee golf is a frickin' blast... the best part is being half drunk and stumbling around the woods... feel like a kid playing in the creeks again, especially when you suck and keep losing your disc in the water and have to go fishin for it!

I'm in SoCal as well... would love to go play sometime, never played out here... played in Texas though...

thats my main point of why I think im going to enjoy this.

i have always liked hiking, and have been on some nice ones, but lately have been wanting to get more into it. not that frisbee golfing is a serious hike, but im guessing some terrains are certainly more demanding than others and thats what I am aiming for.

a good hike mixed with a little fun to make it interesting.

Go Play Ultimate Frisbee! Fucken great kinda like soccer and basketball mixed on a football field... Great excerise and fun as hell!

Never met a disc golfer who didn't use a day at the course
as an excuse for lighing up outside!

Many good times out on disc golf courses.

Too bad you actually need friends to do that, so that's out of the question for me.

its real popular in Wa state too. My bro n law was top in the state till he got a girlfriend and kids..lol. mostly a bunch of hard cores stoners that play around here.

yeah it is fucking fun as hell. i have been playing for a little over a year now. there is a course down the street and one in scottsdale with 18 holes that kicks ass.

VERY popular in Bucks County PA.

frisbee golf is fucking awesome and a damn good excuse to smoke a doob with your buds

Some friends and I used to do that on backcountry camping trips. Instead of just hiking all day, we'd frisbee golf to our destination. Sometimes 15-20 miles of frisbee golfing in a day.

Done it up and down mountains, across valley's etc. Lots of fun.
