CC BILL question...
What's up doooooodes!
quick question.... if you run more than 1 site under CCBILL and set them up as sub-accounts, will the referer get upsell credit towards the other sites... example::: http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...0000&PA=777777 ok the affiliate will get credit on :: CA=xxxxx-0000 but if they decide to buy one of the other sites set up as a sub-account... ie: CA=xxx-0001 or CA=xxx-0002 etc.. etc.. will the affiliate get his cut ??? does any of that make sense... I suck at explaining stuff!! :winkwink: |

No, that would be shaving, depending on how strictly you want to use the term. You can set it up like; "http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=001-0000&PA=777777&HTML=http://www.site1.com" "http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=001-0000&PA=777777&HTML=http://www.site2.com" The affiliate gets credit because the cookie will still be set for the corresponding id's. I could be wrong though, makes more sense to ask ccbill first. |
The default setting for a CCBill affiliate program is set in such a way that a partner can use the same referrer id to send the traffic to any site that is the main account or a subaccount and get credit for that sale?all that would need to be modified is the url on the end of the link.
If you are uncertain about anything, have our techs check it out. As well, I would highly recommend that the program be tested before being brought ?live? |
see sig... we use ccbill for 5 big paysites... that convert and like my man said above... all you have to change is the url... if you see my exits on http://www.rileyryder.com/at and http://www.dirtysdicksuckers.com/at the way my exits are the affiliate will get credit for the sale as well .... cause of cookies.... it works and it works well... thanks ccbill... now send me my check.....
