Best program for capturing
 

Hey whats going on .. i got a Sony TRV-18 . I use MGI VideoWave 5 for capturing my video and picture files. The video files come out great.. no problems.. very clear. The picture files however come out like shit.. not very clear and often have the motion look to them.... I am using firewire also.... Any suggestions??

Hmm that is weird.. could it be my video card?? I have a 32mb agp.. or does that have nothing to do with it cuz I am using firewire??
