Anyone know this TV commercial?

Anyone know what the following tv commercial was promoting and what the girls name was that was in it?

Starts out with a guy dancing with a life size cardboard ad of a blonde girl. It then turns into the real girl. Then a different camera shows the guy dancing with the cardboard cutout from outside and people looking in.

What product was it advertising?

What was the girls name in it?
