sleeping with music on
 

I think it's awesome. You falling asleep and the music just blend in together and sets you off into a trance. There are ways to experience different states of mind without taking drugs. Anyone else like to listen to music and fall asleep?

Every night I turn on an AM radio call-in show (usually a sports show or Coast-to-Coast). Put it on snooze and drift off.

i leave the tv on all night while i sleep, then shut it off in the morning
