I tried promoting one of my sites via twitter and they don't allow adult.

Seems pretty cut and dry, anyone working around this? Any paid services where it doesn't matter if the accounts get banned etc? Other ways to market on Twitter?

Simply put; Large advertisers like automakers, big box retailers, mainstream movie studios, national broadcast outlets will not advertise where porn is advertised -- they don't want to upset anyone :upsidedow

So, many little advertisers get kicked to the curb when their content is not 'acceptable' -- this is called freedom of association and commercial speech rights.

Don't waste your time -- find another way.
