Anyone else using Ringcentral for their business ? IF so Watch out your next Bills ... Jesus Christ

If you are using RingCentral Check out your Bills or the next one coming.

They have that new thing if you get more then 10 calls per extension where that ligne is foward to an external system other then Ringcentral you will be charge an Extra Line Per extension.

Short explanation: We run an intro message and offer callers choice of department option :

Monthly billed for a Full company system dispathed and all $69.00/ month or less FLAT RATES For years ! Im with them for over 6 - 7 years at least if not more...

Ext 1 New client sign up
Ext 2 PLACE A NEW ORDER
Ext 3 Already members, need immediate assistance
Ext 4 ACCOUNTING
Ext 5 EMERGENCY

This month billed me $195.00 ( no warning no email just charge my business credit card )

Called them and of course you can make sure they got my SPEACH of Long time costumers of them since they have get into the market.....
I remember to save my business couple of hundreds monthly when Switch from the very expensive bell canada phone system :1orglaugh .

Well.... Im looking for an alternative of ring central ( not in beta mode ) if any one you know post it here please.

Had similar experience with RingCentral.com years ago - forwarding is not properly working (spent days with their "support" without any solution) after they "moved" our numbers to their NEW "CLOUD" system and increased fees without any notice or warning what so ever - just like that.

Stay away from this company!

Im kind of shocked and wonder if ringcentral have not been sold recently with all the change they made and the new fee's applied.

Still waiting a call back from their senior superviser or the like.

Told them this is not a threat but if you guys dosent refund me the extra charge to my credit card i will just find a new provider.
I owe them shit nothing on that account SO i can transfer the business number anywhere ANYWAY.

IF this is the way Ringcentral want to run their business im out of there :2 cents:

I've used voip.ms for years, $1 per month. Works great.
