question about cross sales

i've been wondering... of the sites that are cross sold on the join form - the one below that has the checkbox - what is the retention like? how many guys stick around after the trial? does it vary by niche?

It changes based on the site and the niche but the average is around 20% trial to conversion.

That depends. If your processor has POS software that doesnt know wtf 'cancel' is, then retention is good until the chargebacks come in. Are you speaking of PAYCOM?
