A little background on the photo..
This photo is from 6 years ago. This was about a dozen Japanese who held a protest against a group of inconsiderate assholes who boarded a public train and held a "Halloween train party" in 2007 and 2008. http://www.japanprobe.com/2009/11/01...lloween-night/ http://www.japanprobe.com/2007/10/28...-netizen-rage/ The "party" was organized by a group of foreigners, and some of them brought along Japanese friends. The photos and videos posted online showed Japanese passengers who were just trying to get home, but were being annoyed by drunken assholes in costumes. A handful of Japanese held a counter protest in 2009. This is not a protest against Halloween. It is not a protest against the idea of celebrating Halloween in Japan. It is a protest by a small group of wackos who saw videos online and decided to hold an offline protest. (It may have worked: that year was the last time that such a train "party" was attempted.) While these few dozen assholes were causing problems on the public transportation system, thousands of other people in Tokyo celebrated Halloween in a manner that did not mess with the public transportation system. In the years since 2009, Halloween has become more popular in Japan. Over the weekend, the Shibuya area was packed full of people of all ages dressed in costumes and having a good time. I was one of them. ----- But the OP is right about the japs.. they hate islam and know better to let that plague into their society |

Yes but about half of Japanese people actually do feel that way

That's pretty funny.

Gaijin means foreigner, so this is anti the world other than Japs...

The PC term now for someone who isn't Japanese is Gaikokujin (外国人)literally meaning person from a foreign country. I don't see anything racist about either term by itself though the former generally is now frowned upon. Also calling them 'Japs' is pretty racist which makes your post sound somewhat hypocritical. |
they are also extremely racist against foreigners of all backgrounds in korea...it is amazing that it is so openly allowed.
|
The term "gaijin" is only used for non-Japanese people. It is not used among Japanese to identify people outside circles, towns, prefectures. Maybe "bakugai" use the term incorrectly but not Japanese.
White southerners aint got nuthin on Koreans when it comes to racism. :1orglaugh Japanese do not really have "racist" attitudes towards foreigners at all. They just wish we were not here. Toyota may want world #1 sales ranking but Japanese I have talked to are glad to accept lower economic rankings if it meant all the foreigners would go. Is it wrong for a society wanting to exclude itself voluntarily from the outside world? The Halloween train party incident highlights how much a pain in a dick ignorant bakugai can be. "Bakugai" is the term Japanese use for particularly idiotic foreigners. |
its reverse racism some would say....only white people can be "racist"
|
Koreans and Japanese are quite racist, far more than whites in the USA.

Internet has built lot of attention grabbers. These guys seems to me like that.
Just tell them already their population is going down. They should at least raise more children. |
