Cheapest .cc registrar?

Who is the cheapest .cc registrar? So far for .com, net, org I found one for $7.79/yr (one year).

Read the small print... I did something like that... they charged me $15 for a setup fee... Bullshit!

The cheapest I have found for a .cc is $25
