I may have to take those pics down as soon as I get my hands on some content but for now I'm using them.

I'm not making much money from my site so going out and buying content is kinda hard right now.

You can't take pics from galleries.
You can't make your graphics from free content.
You can't "borrow" other people's designs.

If you're not sure it's legal for you to use, then it probably isn't.
If you can say "if someone says it's stolen I'll take it down", don't use it.

Like I told you guys I found those pics on a forum so I assumed they where now public domain.

Anyway, I'll try to get in touch with whoever owns them and see if I can buy them.

Get some content that's licensed to you and use that.
