30 days of sperm retention! Here are my results....
I have not went more than two weeks without draining my balls since boot camp when I was 18.
I am happier, more energetic, and my metabolism has increased. I was 225 lbs for years but just in the last few weeks I have lost 10 lbs. I just need to lose 20 more lbs and shave my back to get back to being a sexy beast. I also have more will power to stop smoking pot all day long so not eating as many munchies and instead am making smoothies with berries and greens. What finally did it or me and inspired this drastic change in lifestyle was a video that stated the more fat around your belly the more testosterone you lose. Anyone else try sperm retention? |
