This is what I hate about computers in business; employees become stupid and incapable of doing everything that used to be done before a computer was invented.

You go to the corner store and can't by a $1 beer because the computer is down.

I have only great experiences with BA. I would easily rank them top three in the world. But what do I know? I only do about 100 flights per year...

Good for you British Airways cost me $700 over a flight I was bumped from and I missed my transcontinental flight on another airline. British Airways never fly them -- one day they will fuck you over too.
