I remember when this was a big news story in 2002. Muhammad and Malvo hid inside their van and shot people from a distance away doing things like pumping gas or loading groceries. Then they drove away. These shootings happened on an almost daily basis and it took weeks to identify them.

It's like saying an underage kid is old enough to have sex, drink, drive, join the army, etc. Just because they claim to be old enough and able to do it.

when a evil seed acts alone, and/or leads a major crime, then yes trial as adult.

when the underage evil seed is being directly led & fed by a more grown up evil seed, maybe its not so cut & dry. now im not saying overturn his verdict...just the sentence maybe should consider he was not thinking independently. adults can & do force kids to crimes.

I remember when this happened also - it was horrible.

I don't think this "kid" should ever see the light of day. This kid was randomly shooting people. The argument that he was "tricked" or lead by an adult doesn't matter; If it happened once it can happen again.
