Faced with a criminal prosecution he might just be willing testify before the Senate Committee -- the new Special Prosecutor hasn't gone after Flynn yet. Thieves of a feather do roll over on each other for reduced sentencing.

If Flynn is smart he'll roll over while Trump is oversees next week.

Hopefully investigators will have televised public hearings next week when Trump is least able to spin his lies and intimidate in person :2 cents:

I think the reason they haven't given Flynn a deal is because they have hard evidence on multiple big charges for him and he doesn't know enough inside info on Trump to make it worth their while to drop those charges and give him immunity. I hope I'm wrong.

When Flynn is facing prison time... I don't see him standing up for Trump, someone he barely knows.

Flynn has refused to respond to the Senate's subpoenas. My guess is he will be sitting in jail soon with lots of time to think about his "problems".

He's now committed contempt of congress. Contempt of congress can be 1 year jail time and 1 year for every instance of contempt. If you get out and still fail to comply you go back to jail again..

It's a no win situation.. Flynn probably thinks he's the next Ollie North and waiting for his Fox News Job after the slammer..
