This guy uses programs that pay on check joins and
uses stolen info to process bogus check joins.

He waits towards the end of your payout periods before
he will send sales.

Lots of joins, no reffering urls, little or no clicks. (duh..lol)

Check signups entirely are high risk in my opinion let alone we add foreign webmasters, risk factor keeps going up and up...

Very true.. we have a pretty good system down
and MPA 2 is a good processing program.

All in all.. it works, luckily check joins are bare minimum.

Anyone who processes online checks really needs to watch out. As more scammers get friendlier with technology they're going to realize that online check fraud right now is about as easy as making $30 cheating a blind click program and never cashing the check. About all you can do now is phone verification but it's not easy to say whether it's worth the cost of maintaining one of those systems right now.

GloBill has an option where you can take a check but the user has to wait a week to get access to the site. If you're going to take them, they might as well clear before they get in :2 cents:

Actually, all you have to do is use us (WTS).

We only charge on the cleared checks and if you only pay webmasters on the cleared checks it is an easy decision to make.

There are 100 million people in the US that have a checking account, but do not have a credit card. 99.9% of check sales come from these folks.

If you ask any of the big programs they will tell you it is worth it to accept checks. In fact, the majority of them prefer checks sign-ups and constantly tell us they wish they could get more sign-ups in checks.

ARS started a 14 day delay before posting check joins to webmaster stats not too long ago.
The return rate on them is way too high to pay on every check signup. You really need to wait until the check clears before you pay the webmaster.

That's exactly right. Except, we only recommend 8 calendar days.

Most returns will come back in 2-3 business days, with some at 4-5 business days (excluding charge-backs which have a 60 days window).

We dropped checks from all our pay sites and people said stupid what a waste. Well its been 4 weeks and out stats show a 15% increase in $ coming in. So i guess they all found credit cards ?
