The civil war may have technically started in 1861, but there was conflict prior to that. Civil wars do not suddenly break out. They build for many years.

There should be an IQ test required for voter registration. Nothing crazy...and the bar doesn't even need to be that high. You only need to be at the very least, as smart as Kim Kardashian. That would have kept Trump out of office.
