Anybody else has this problem? :Oh crap

Got a few copy-paste replies saying that I probably entered the wrong billing address and other reasons that are not the case here.

Anybody has a contact that can speed up resolving this?
Three weeks is not really my cup of tea. :(

I used it succesufully in the NYC subway and ferry ...

I tried to pay cash in the subway and after I took 5minutes replacing 1dollar bills the machine took my money, I lost 2 dollars

In fact, they don't have a functional live chat. It says "We are currently experiencing a high volume of chats. We apologize for the extended waiting time. Feel free to contact us via email."

Not to mention the stiff fees that come with it. Of course, they don't make money when you're actually buying things online with the card. So it makes sense that they prefer ATM withdrawals.
