Which cc processor do yu think retains/rebills best ?

I say ibill I got guys who have been with us for over 15 months recurring.

Epoch is good, but I think you are wrong.

We have had the best conversions and retention with Netbilling.

Epoch sucks, go with Netbilling and CCbill.

Its so funny how in this biz you can never get a full concensus on who sucks and who is good.

Often seems like opinions are a bit biased also.

Pay your attention to the following processing
CCBill, ACpay and Jettis have good support and they pay on time and weekly.
If you need merchant account you need Netbilling indeed.:thumbsup


I don't care for IBill and Verotel who have had technical problems and don't pay on time. Verotel my debtor for 50k.:(

Some words about WSB, he has some problems with paying currently but I hope it's temporally.

Go with CCbill or ACpay - and keep away from Globill

Acpay is great because of the rates
CCbill rock because of their support ( thanks Sean ) and the features in the program

Which biller you use won't have much of an impact on rebills, for the most part. Of course, certain features do make a difference. Some billers (like CCBill) give you the option of loyalty and cancel discounts. Some email the user before the membership rebills. You can guess which will do better.
