A guy I know, (Xander) is looking for a webdesigner and webmaster, preferrably the same person, to design and maintain a content site. Tasks will include:

Design,
Maintenance,
Some Promotion,
and customer support.
and basic video editing (watermarking, slicing promo clips... this may be outsourced.)

Once he sees how well it goes, I'm sure he'll hire more staff to take over certain responsibilities.
