Ahhh what a morning torture :)

well I finnally got myself to go run first time in probably a year

was able to run for about 20 minutes not to bad to get started



and Pushups ahhh I hate pushups but they are good for you


10 to 15 pounds to go and Ill be happy

WALK at night after you eat and DO NOT EAT AFTER 8pm...Your in San Diego now. That is the best place to walk in the world after dinner.

diet is key, cut out carbs of all sort after around noon each day...running will help you lose weight fast...good luck , it is funny how when you get older, your main focus is on losing weight or keeping your weight...and when i was youngeri wanted to be as heavy as possible...lol

I am still registered to the gym club and paying for it monthly. Last time I have been there was 3 months ago.

I started Gracie Jiu Jitsu about 3 months ago, I've gone down from 260lbs to 240lbs. Great workout, after 5 minutes on the ground breathing becomes difficullt. :)

Folks guilt themselves into gym memberships and then don't go but keep paying believing they will start "next Monday", and never do.

I went from 200lb to 178lb just with working out, and eating a bit less, i still have a beer from time to time, the occasionally big mac meal, bacon (Mmmmmmmm) and soda, but I lift a lot of weights....

what would you guys recommend bring to work everday to drink or eat for lunch? All we got is a fridge and microwave :)

Fridge usually full of soda so need to find something else to drink throughout the day. Good 'Ole Water?
