first day back to working out
Ahhh what a morning torture :)
well I finnally got myself to go run first time in probably a year was able to run for about 20 minutes not to bad to get started and Pushups ahhh I hate pushups but they are good for you 10 to 15 pounds to go and Ill be happy |

I went from 200lb to 178lb just with working out, and eating a bit less, i still have a beer from time to time, the occasionally big mac meal, bacon (Mmmmmmmm) and soda, but I lift a lot of weights....
