Hello, Im a real estate agent by day, I work with investors all over the world who invest in cash flowing properties. I have dabbled in online in the past and figured why not make a few hundred bucks a month on old domains that I registered for years anyway?

Real Estate is my passion, however. I work in one of the best cash flow markets in the country, thats also heating up on higher end residential as we have gained alot of positive national exposure lately. How would you like to get $300 a month + 3% (negotiable my go up to 5-6%) of every transaction that goes through a FULL SERVICE BROKERAGE? That includes, sales, rents, property management fees, etc., and that includes anything you buy and sell. How much would you think that would cost in a hot investment market like North East Ohio?
