VISA USA and VISA INTERNATIONAL
 

how long ago did VISA USA slap the registration fees/reporting o etc on adult webmasters? 6 months almost?

at the time people were speculating that VISA International would follow suit in the near future. No sign of it yet.

Now VISA USA looks to be turning the screws tighter again by dumping AVS operators.

It doesn't look like VISA INTERNATIONAL is in any hurry to follow VISA USA's lead on registering webmasters/URLs. So it isn't likely that they'll be in a hurry on the AVS thing either.

Seems like they run autonomously apart from each other.
