Serious and Personal Question about Child Porn Laws
 

Hey just like some feedback from some of you out there who might have dealt with this.

I don't want to post anything about my daughter here, as this is not something i'm totally comfortable with, but the situation is this:

Someone found a site I made for my parents to keep up with my daughter while we had moved to manhattan, and modified it.

A) is this illegal?

B) can they go to jail for child porn?

I reported it nonetheless, and got feedback indicating an investigation would be opened. Obviously I am incredibly livid and have a personal opinion that quite possibly would cloud my judgment were I face to face with the person.

With that in mind, I guess I'd suggest that you hunt him down and kill him. If someone did that to a picture of one of my kids, I'd be on their doorstep in 24 hours.

I went to about 5 or 6 child porn reporting sites. I reported it to his host, and to the FBI, and had my lawyer notified.

Yes, if you notice that site was done years ago. Learned my lesson and forgot it was online. was done so grandma could keep up with her granddaughter across the country.

This is the kinda behaviour that is absolutely INTOLERABLE.

Somehow, the fact that the picture, in its original form, came from a father who obviously loves his daughter, is the thing that bothers me most. That may not be particularly reasonable, but I think it's so evil to fuck with something that nice.

One thing that would piss me off, is someone fucking with my family! I'd go out there find the fucker and kill him...that is untolerable.
