PSW not processing rebills - PSW clients please reply
I recently discovered that PSW have not been processing check rebills. All my active check accounts have missed at least 2 months worth of rebills. The rebills stopped approximately a month before their check forms went sky high.
Are other PSW clients also missing these rebills or is this an isolated case? Please check and reply here! |

I was starting to wonder if I was the only PSW client left. :Graucho I've just given them another nudge, it's been nearly 2 weeks since they said they were looking into it. |
a lot of problems run your own paysite ... chargebacks , Processor problems day after day... high comissions.. I think its better use sponsors partnership and let others the bad face of the bussiness.. may be less money, but surely i sleep better that way...

Update -
PSW cannot process the check rebills that signed up under their old system, so they have cancelled those accounts. However, they have credited me with the amount that SHOULD have been rebilled (over 2 months worth). Apart from emailing my check clients, this issue is now closed for me, as I no longer use PSW for check signups. If you're a PSW client and they have not actively offered you the credit adjustment then I suggest you take it up with them. :) |

Maybe this is a stupid question, but have you tried calling them? :)
I've had most situations resolved via email, although some have taken a fair while to get a response. |
