how did you get to that price?

A standing offer I have that I think is not adequate for '11 year old unique memorable name' .
So a BIN price says I will release it without further haggling or thinking about it.
Does not mean I won't consider lower offers. But I am in no hurry.
Just like to circulate a name I hold in front of folks on occasion.
