Is it legal to put mentally ill people in porn?

Is it legal to put mentally ill people in porn?

I was thinking of a niche where people that are the products of incest have sex with hot chicks. Like in the "Hills Have Eyes".

oh jesus

Rochard 03-21-2017 11:48 AM

Not strange at all.

DownThePoole 03-21-2017 11:48 AM

I'm leaning towards.... no

deonbell 03-21-2017 11:58 AM

I found a video of a nurse jacking off a mentally disabled guy on heavy-r. I think it will be okay as long as I use an ad network like theirs.

TheSquealer 03-21-2017 12:07 PM

And you're thinking that you'll get a legally binding agreement (a waiver and release) to promote the content of a mentally ill person?

i'm just wondering... is this "mentally ill" person you?

Adraco 03-21-2017 12:09 PM

The mentally ill person is obviously gary-the-cock ...

And yes, he is already in porn, so it must be legal

Joshua G 03-21-2017 12:12 PM

sorry i assumed everyone in porn was mentally ill. my bad.

:)

Bladewire 03-21-2017 12:23 PM

^^^^ His Youtube channel

Mentally ill models can't enter into a legally binding model release.

EddyTheDog 03-21-2017 02:47 PM

Google Expert 03-21-2017 03:04 PM

I thought this thread was going to be about Paul Markham.

From my limited research, I don't think first generation incest produces anything unusual. The birth defects seem to happen to the incest child's own children and grandchildren even if they were conceived in a normal way.

Paul Markham 03-21-2017 11:43 PM

Stupid question.

Why did you do this research, are you concerned?

Matyko 03-22-2017 06:17 AM

YOU ARE THE mentally disabled

davidCRM 03-23-2017 06:46 AM

mentally ill is a broad thing but yea for porn it's inherently wrong.

Cyber Fucker 03-23-2017 07:02 AM

Legal or not, seems immoral and unethical to me.

j3rkules 03-23-2017 07:26 AM

Porn reaches a new low.

mikesouth 03-23-2017 01:01 PM

Is this something that we as an industry want to be associated with in any way? Forget the fact that it is a lawsuit, a massive one waiting to happen (look up the legal term diminished capacity) ...I mean don't we have enough problems without this shit?

TheDynasty 03-23-2017 01:17 PM

crazy thread
