Totally disgusting! What's the chances it's NOT her and her baby? Really small chance I think. Either way, it's sad that this has happened to anyone :(

I said from the beginning Scott Peterson was in on this and he WOULD be caught someday. I just can't wait to see his face when he's taken in.

If her body was dumped in the water while she was 8 months pregnant, after she decomposed a little the baby could have floated away from the mothers body. An 8 month old is basically full term so if they only found decomposed remains it would be impossible to tell that the baby was not truly full term yet.
