Boots on the Ground

Only two months in on tRump's watch and the US has invaded Syria. 1500 troops so far with more coming. Kind of odd that the mainstream news doesn't seem to think much of it. I guess it's business as usual for Amerika.

We've still got to deal with North Korea now. So there's another war for us. Probably a short one, but there will be plenty of casualties.

Wonder what will happen when some of these countries finally figure out who the real terrorists are?

I don't approve.

China is the wild card in that one. They could arm North Korea. They could even get involved directly.

Little known fact - 35% of the super cheap stuff China makes us actually made in North Korea and shipped out from China.

US/NATO troops are heading to Estonia and Poland.

NK won't do squat except test missiles and talk big. China can't go to war with its biggest customer.

Time to invest in the production of bombs.

I dunno why you would think a war in NK would be short. Do you not remember the 1st Korean War and Vietnam? The 1st Korean War lasted 3 years and ended as a stalemate.

They have no real infrastructure for us to bomb them into submission. If we go in and bomb a few targets then try to.say job done, they will be attacking South Korea.

They have an active military of 1.2 million people with reserves of up to 7 million. All brainwashed to think they are still at war with America and that our soldiers stomp babies heads in with combat boots.

NK would be a bloody mess for years if they opted to fight it out.. The only way for it not to be, would be to take out their leadership and somehow turn a new leadership to a ceasefire.

3rd world shit holes are never "quick fights" because they are already a shit hole so dropping bombs on them does nothing. They always require boots on the ground and that gives them the advantage because their lives are not as valuable to them as ours are to us..

Here we go again.

What I think is the tRump regime will provoke the moronic dictator of North Korea to launch a nuclear missle at South Korea or Japan. He will have nothing to lose. This is a provocation that is currently being set up by our new secretary of state Tillerson. The Republicans want war and they are damn sure going to get one.

North Korea has over a million men in uniform, and another seven million in reserve. That makes them one of the larger military forces in the world. At the same time their military is most likely unable to accomplish much.

However, the United States took on Iraq - twice - and utter destroyed them. If I remember correctly Iraq had the world's fourth largest army at the time. Iraq and Iran were at war for nearly ten years and ended in a stalemate, while the US went in the second time and removed their government and destroyed their military in under two months.

My guess is the United States would destroy them, and quickly. What the US did to Iraq was amazing, and this would be pretty much the same. If you read about the war itself, in the very first strike the US destroyed the Iraqi military communications entirely. When it comes to warfare, in my eyes there are two kinds of countries - Countries with amazing abilities, and everyone else. The US, China, and Russia have amazing technology. Maybe the UK and Germany, maybe France. Everyone else - not so much. They don't even understand how to prepare for war; They haven't really been at war in the past fifty years. Their technology is woefully behind the times; They just started launching missiles from submarines which is something the US, China, and Russia has been doing for decades.

NK would not see the first shots coming, and by then it will be too late.
