How the heck can I block this site?
 

I am blocking the access to the pics/content successfully, but I'd rather block scripts like this entirely, if possible

I am done messing about this for now, Ideally I'd like to to redirect the specific site, to a japanese sponsor

I was told that some of these scripts do not send a set of environmental variables, so it presents a unique challenge... any ideas?
