Veteran porn actor and pop-culture icon Ron Jeremy is in a critical condition after receiving treatment for an aneurysm in his heart. When he started experiencing severe chest pains Jeremy drove himself to Cedars-Sinai hospital where the condition was diagnosed and his health deteriorated from there.

Sorry for the offtopic, but I don't understand it. Why the hell he droves himself if there is the ambulance car with a flashing light and other advantages? It will get to to the hospital in a few minutes. How stupid a man should be to drive a car with even a light suspicion of heart attack?
