reducing load size of GIF without reducing size
 
as title says, does anyone know an app or a website I can use to reduce the load size of a GIF without effecting the size of image please?


Iīm at about 5mb on each GIF & not wanting to change the actual image size, both length & width or time of run...


for any ideas, many thanks :thumbsup

what kind of question is that hahahaha .frames are what effect the animation most not dimensions .

yeah, exactly what I thought but I have an affiliate hoping to have half mb output on certain sized dimensions. I shall see how things go, cheers for your input anyway :thumbsup

To reduce the filesize of a gif without changing its width and height you can try:
  • Decreasing the amount of colors it uses. The less colors you use, the more it will affect the quality of the image.
  • Decreasing the number of frames it uses. The less frames there are, the less fluid the animation.

Most image editing programs that can handle animated gifs (Photoshop, Gimp) will allow you to do those things.

found rdunnīs ezgifīs optimize works pretty well, slightly grainy, but a huge reduction :thumbsup
