Your Favorite Restaraunt Chain?

CANNOT be fast food! Must be a franchise!

My vote goes to Outback Steakhouse. God DAMN I love their 'Drovers Platter'... it got bbq baby back ribs and chicken, with some tasty sides. Oh yea, one of their appetizers, 'cheese fries', are fucking slammmminnnnn!

So whats your fav, and why?

Good restaurants do not come in chains.

Cheesecake Factory - When you don't know what you're in the mood for they have everything. Always consistent. Been going to there restaurants since way back when they had their first one in Beverly Hills. Thrilled when they came to South Florida. Its always packed and fun. And the cheesecake is a sexual experience. Its that good!

Hmm... for a while, it's been Casey's... they have great fajitas.
But I think it's changing to Kelsey's now. They got great ribs...
They got this dish called "Kelsey's Konglommeration". Half a rack of ribs, chicken wings and jumbo breaded shrimp, with salad and fries. Makes for some good eating. I think it's owned by the same people who own the Outback Steakhouse.

How could I narrow it down to one. I like...

Macaroni Grill
P.F. Chang's
Tony Roma

and my guilty pleasure (which I, for one, regard as inexpensive food, not "fast" food):

Skippers Fish and Chips (I've never had better even in so-called "classy" restaurants)

drunkdollars 04-14-2003 12:57 AM

spago's

El Gauchos... okay so there's only 3..but that's a start.

Best chain has to be Mighty Taco. Awesome 1lb tacos.

VirtuMike 04-14-2003 03:06 AM

Hell anyone that knows me knows it's Cheesecake Factory all the way. Been to 19 different ones.

Also, Baja Fresh kicks much ass. We don't have any near me but I have one in Vegas on my cell so I can order when I get to town.

And Milestones kicks ass too - but I think it's the same company as Outback. We don't have Milestones in America.

Trust me. I know food.

Wendy's. Dave Thomas was a pretty cool dude.

I like chow'n down at Chili's or Fridays and throwing back a few beers. For a faster eat Chipotle is great for burritos (when i can find one). But the best food I think is found in smaller mom & pop places.
