he tried to rip me by telling me that he'd buy one of my sites. and after I got the confirm from Western Union I have to transfer my domain to him.

anyway, make long story short. here is the email from him

he fucking thinks that I'm really dumb or something. The WU money transfer control number is always 10 digits. and the 800 number to call WU is listed on the site at www.westernunion.com too. so I told him it's not working, and the MTCN must be 9 digits . then he replied me this :
