Ticket #50861 CSR Request No reason I am waiting four fucking days for this shit

Well first of all the ticket you referred to #50861 was just received in our ticket system on Saturday night and since it was not of a critical nature it will be responded to by a Systems Administrator on Monday.

Secondly you have a previous ticket in our system of a similar nature that was responded to where the Systems Administrator requested additional information from you but has not received a response to date.

I will be happy to try and help you get this expedited. Having just reviewed both tickets and still being new to the industry I am not familiar with what type of signature you are requesting. :helpme You can contact me through any of the methods in my signature. Also it would be helpful to know who your account representative is, so that I can make him aware of your situation on Monday morning.

lol, it seems like I should addess all my technical issues to GFY. won't get a quicker response anywhere else.

I did send him the extra info , didnt hear back, send another email, didnt hear back Got your support on ICQ couldnt help me sent another email. I dont ask for much for your support guys but come on now the only guy that gets anything done there is David and I dont want to bother him with asimple CSR request

MMemer dont worry about it , i get inpatient some times and get pissed when I dont get sex more than 3 times per day.

Candidhosting rocks BTW , been with them for 2 years or so. Just aasimple miscomunnication on both parts
