Ok so this guy ICQ's me saying how he can give me a domain for traffic.

I asked what he would be comfortable with.

We agree upon 5k clicked, and 15k 404 traffic. with a few conditions.

#1 he gets server access to monitor and make changes.

#2 I leave his link traes on the page.

#3 In the event i fall short on the hits, i can buy him a reasonable amount of traffic to make up for it.

Ok, done deal ... domain is transferred, i 404'd 90% of my sites for him and we are on our way.



Day 3:

He find he has now deleted my only remaining active TGP and sent it to 404 .. details Here


Now i confront him with this ... and he says, yes i deleted it .. you fell short on the deal. Traffic was low.

So i say "fine, but why didnt you tell me? we agree'd on me buying you traffic if this happened, not you deleting any sites you felt would bring you good 404 traffic!

He says: Fuck it, im fed up with this deal ... i want my domain back or im reporting the link as a cheater and emailing all the link trades to have them drop your link and youll have no PR left.


I offered to buy fucking traffic, ALL the traffic he wanted!!!

This is NOT the time to walk from a deal ... sure he gets his domain back, what do i get? I get 90% of my sites deleted, trades killed, my TGP is blacklisted by any trades worth trading with ... AND no domain to show for it?!

You can't sue someone for deleting your site when you give them access to your server.

If your host who has access by default deletes your sites for no reason you might be able to have some sort of case.

If someone hacks into your server and deletes your sites, you definitely have a case.

When a guy who has no need for access to your server deletes your sites and you gave him access, you have nothing.

I personally think it's more like if you give a stranger a key to your car, they drive it and crash it, you can't sue them for wrecking your car or have them arrested for stealing it, but I want to doublecheck.
