Miscalculated the time it would take to transfer my domains and sites from ISPrime virtual hosting to my own hosting so I wrote them an email asking to pay for an extra few days to keep my sites up.

They extended my hosting another 10 days, and didn't charge me a cent! Talk about a class act, because it's not like they were getting new business .. they were infact losing business, and still didn't hesitate to help out as much as possible

You are right, they are a class act ! Its nice to see people post when a host does something right and good for once. That is a refreshing change from all the host bashing threads for sure.

That was nice of you to let others know about about your experience with them.

2 of the owners of my hosting company personally flew out to Phoenix and treated me to lunch and a night out. They were not even really there for the forum.

My host has NEVER let me down with service/support or anything else.

Makes me feel bad leaving them, but I was pushing too much for virtual, and have my own box now. I know for a fact their dedicated's are top of the line, but a little out of my price range atm :)

You know its funny ... most of the time you see a good thread about a sponsor or hosting company etc and there is always someone there to pull it down and post something bad about them. You never see that with ISprime.

Isprime rules,i have many friends hosting with them and never any problem

wait, whos isprime? i heard that they kick ass!!! actually i have only spoken with people that smile when they speak of a company as reputable as www.isprime.com. from what i have heard they are top notch and will work with you every step of the way.

also if you are down on your luck they might even throw in a reach around. but you didn't hear that from me. :thumbsup

But I must comment... am I the only one who doesn't give a fuck about Free t-shirts and PDAs?

I think I'd rather just have superior uptime, great service & support and low pricing.

Threads that amount to suckin each other's dicks are at least good for a laugh.
