With the recent departure of Nina of Ninaknowsbest.com, we are actively looking for her replacement. The successful candidate will recieve the same contract Nina had, here are the details:

- We host the tour and members area on our servers
- We add the site to Lightspeedcash, and to our first exit consoles
- We add over 140 plugin feeds, including hustler barely legal, holio, candidcam, socalcoeds, webmasterparadise, realwildcontent, others
- We provide banners, fpas, hpas, and mailer graphics for the site
- We create and host free tgp galleries
- We allow our affiliates to use our freeserver to promote the site
- We give the owner of the site use of their own version of their tour (on their server), so they control exit traffic, etc and can make traffic buys or trades
- We pay the owner of the site 100% on all Lightspeedcash sales that they generate themselves (any site in our network)
- We pay the processing annual Visa Fees
- We pay them 50% of net revenue (gross - fees - affiliates - refunds - returns) on the first and 16th
- We pay processing fees
- We do all customer support email

- They own the site and its original photo/video contents
- They do all the site maintenance and update weekly with exclusive and original still and video content
- They answer fan mail and update their daily journal (if applicable)
- They do one weekly live show (if applicable)
- Deal is valid for one year, with each requiring 30 days notice to terminate, otherwise it renews for another year.

All I'm going to say about that is Nina told me several times that she was making more money than she ever made on her own, especially considering we removed all the expenses of running and marketing her site. Of course the money cannot be guaranteed, every girl appeals to a different audience.

I will say that a hot 18-22 year old amateur would probably do extremely well with our affiliates, traffic and marketing.
