Voyeur house questions

Anyone run one or ran one?
Lets say my friend is setting one up and everything is in his name and the girls start acting like bitches. Is there anyway you can kick them out without having to go through evicting them?
The bitches are really acting like bitches so I shut the power off and the police were going to arrest me if I did not turn it back on asap.
It is in my name so why can't I turn my own power off.
Yeah I am the friend if you have no noticed.
I would rather not get the police or courts involved for obvious reasons.
Please PM me if you have a good way to help. I changed my other GFY name over for them but never gave them the password yet but I know they still read this.
Thanks
Brian

Spunky 02-15-2017 08:48 AM

It is in my name but they have been living there for years. They pay the bills. I just want all the stuff that is mine.
They got their panties in a bunch because I sold some content too many times but it was their idea for me to sell it. I was told I had to evict them.

k0nr4d 02-15-2017 10:00 AM

All you can really do is lawyer up and evict them the proper legal way to cover your ass. We don't even know what state or country you are in and all those laws vary from place to place. If they damage anything you definitely have a lot of proof as to the condition of the place...

squatters rights :2 cents:

you need to put a court order on them to remove them

Been hearing about this and it is crazy. Even if someone moves into an empty house you can't kick them out. WTF is that? I mean that is not the case but still unreal.
I want to say more but I don't want them to see it. I mean I doubt they will be reading this but always a chance.

won't name your location cuz not sure if you're out about that but dude, I know where you live and in that jurisdiction a tenant can sue and win if you shut off their utilities. the cop who threatened to arrest you actually did you a huge favor.

you can't fuck around with people like that, I get that you're pissed with them but you have to act ethically or it will end costing you in time, money and grief

provide them with an eviction notice that clearly states when they need to be out. sign it and request that they do the same. if they won't fine, but it helps prevent issues if both parties sign a clearly-worded doc.

first do a bit of research online to find out how much notice you need to provide, that can vary depending on location and I didn't look it up for yours.

not courts, no police, just peeps choosing to end a business relationship and walking away with their hands clean and heads held high

sounds like a really unpleasant situation, wish ya good luck

Document everything, get legal advice and take it. Cover your ass and you will be the smart one in this mess. If not, you might be fighting other charges like sexual harassment and so on. Also would stay out of the house and off the property till resolved.

Voyeur house seems like it's going well :1orglaugh

Call your local constable. Here in Massachusetts they can have them out in a few weeks providing they are a tenant at will and no kids, which sounds like your situation.

Well it is not really that yet. Been making custom videos forever now and that was the plan. They wanted to sell some content to help fund it and got mad when they claim I sold it more than agreed which is not even close to being the case. Now they are pissed and ruining everything they have worked for. It makes no sense. Yeah it fucks me up some but they are the ones who will get fucked. I'm trying to fill the orders and will worry about the rest later. It is one bitch causing all the problems.
There is a mole :winkwink:

Infest their place with rats and see them run ...

Since the rental agreement is in your name simply give 30 days notice to your landlord. They are his problem after you give notice. Sucks for him. Go in and get your stuff with a cop escort then you're done! Very easy :thumbsup

kind of a good idea...

either, Brian has to set them straight and get back on track, or, if these models are not acting civilised and he´s chosen a rough choice of girls, then maybe making the life there difficult, maybe this could be the only way. Moving in a few extra people, some guys that are not so nice could be a good start.

Eating all the food, watching another channel on the tv, lowering the heat level, using all the hot water :2 cents:

It has been a great group for a long time and one is causing all the problems trying to take over and run shit. She is in their ear and it will all crash and burn.
I might have to get the police involved though.

That actually seems like the best idea to be honest. Give notice on the rental agreement and make them someone else's problem. Let them know a week beforehand - and if they don't move out let the landlord deal with his new squatter problem.

Sure we do: crazy shit = Florida, USA! :upsidedow

Seriously though, good luck Brian, hope you get it sorted out. I think in most places once tenants establish residency it's illegal to cut off water, power etc.

What does the contract you have with the girls say?

You might fall foul of that if it wasn't written up by a lawyer. As you were employing the girls, it takes it to a different level.

HowlingWulf 02-16-2017 08:15 AM

You could run into a huge tangled mess here that costs you both money and time.

Consider the option of just paying them to leave as that could be cheaper and faster.

Brian8377 02-16-2017 09:39 AM

I sold one license to someone who in the contract is just reselling it once but they took this as I sold the rights to resell the content. WTF would I do that but I am dealing with a bitch who is using this as an excuse. Bank account drained with paypal. I don't even have control of that because it is not in my name. 17 years of doing this and never had any drama except a pissed off boyfriend once who I talked into doing videos with the girl so it turned out great.

Have you talked to your landlord about the situation yet? They might be a great source of info. Maybe make a deal that you give notice, he gets them out, then you rent again so he doesn't lose income?

dillfly2000 02-16-2017 10:37 AM

Why don't you turn it in to a big brother house instead, so they will have to evict each other.

NOTICE: Someone tampered with the electric meter and is unsafe to use. Please get it repaired, get a city inspection then call us back. Your Utility Company:winkwink:

Adraco 02-17-2017 01:36 AM

Advertise the place and address on Craigslist and call it things like "modern whore house" or "Big Brother Reality" and invite people (horny men) to come by...

Or just take the pimp hand, go in and tell the one making troubles, that it is time for her to leave.

brandonstills 02-17-2017 01:32 PM

Different states and even different counties having different rules / timelines for how fast you can evict someone. Make sure to factor that in.
