Anyone know a good Ibill rep?
 

About 3 weeks ago I contacted my rep to set up 1-900 recurring. Since then she/he? has dropped off the face of the planet, and I am still waiting setup.
Anyone know of a rep that still works there, or at least responds to e-mail? :(

anybody know any other oxymorons?

I know they suck, but they have 1-900 recurring with no holdback. I'm a gambler....already been screwed over by them. Time to forgive and forget, turn a new leaf.

Greg May is a good rep, usually it was 24-72 hrs depending on what was needed to be done.

Master_Yoba, I know they don't do 1-900 very well. But with new 1-900 recurring there is no holdback. And, it is recurring. I like no holdback..worst you can get fucked over is one month (or two weeks, I forget how often 1-900 pays)

Where do you find info about 900 recurring?

My rep e-mailed me about it. And I think you have to have it enabled after they approve your site. I dunno, so many questions I had went unanswered, even though I can get into the CMI and their script is on my server.

Apparently mine is dead, too. *poof* gone...just like that. Haven't heard from her/he in over a week in the middle of setup.

It is, I agree. But 1-900 recurring with no holdback gives me a tingly feeling....

900 recurring would be a nice thing... i'd prefer to get it through a company like ccBill however, i just don't trust iBill any longer..
