Trump's Bid to Restore Travel Ban Rejected by Federal Appeals Court
Stupid... :stoned
Pussies!
Fuck Trump!
Correct me I am wrong... But the rest of this plays out in court in California, right? And then perhaps the Supreme Court... Right?
U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is expected to decide quickly on Trump's travel ban - LA Times
Appeals Court is going to hear arguments-- if they lose that appeal; then the government will either appeal en banc to the 9th or appeal to the US Supreme Court. Trump has already fucked himself insulting judges on Twitter so good fucking luck :2 cents: |

Again more pleased that more Muslims can enter the US. Strange why they never went against Obama banning more.
YES! 9th Circuit Court of Appeals suspends Trumps travel ban!!! They've ruled NOT TO REINSTATE THE BAN!
They have unanimously ruled Trumps executive order is unconstitutional. In Trumps first 2 weeks in office he is ruled unconstitutional, record time for any administration. Shows he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. Will goto supreme court in the next few months. |
It's good to see the comments by Gorsuch on Trump's disparaging remarks about judges. Trump accidentally picked a man with integrity.
Why are people celebrating this? lol you know a terror attack is going to happen by letting all these people in
What about when Obama put a ban on? |
^^^ Redhat cuck TRIGGERED!
Read the court of appeals 29 page decision...it totally eviscerates Trump's position..
It will be overturned very soon

I find this utterly fascinating....
The court ruled that the government attorneys have.... "taken the position that the President?s decisions about immigration policy, particularly when motivated by national security concerns, are unreviewable, even if those actions potentially contravene constitutional rights and protections" (source) Basically the government attorneys said "The President has the right to take action to secure our security" but when asked to provide proof of a threat, the attorneys were unable to provide one. Even though the President and officially the "US Government" believes there is a threat to the country, it seems they had no proof of any threat. Being as the executive order was based on this threat, it should have been well documented and vetted before hand. Most likely the reality there is no threat, there is no evidence of a threat, no documentation of any potential threat, and most likely this was Steve Bannon handing Trump a piece of paper saying "here, sign this". The United States government is now officially being run by Laurel and Hardy and their gang of Keystone Cops. |
Amateurs.
