help me please: opening video links in media player
 

when i click on a mpg link, it loads media player in the browser window and then doesn't play the video. how do i fix this?

Tools - Internet Options - Advanced
Scroll down to Multimeda and uncheck play videos in webpages

i had done that, but i didn't restart my browser.
