She looks like a sexy shopper who has an image to keep and doesn't want to be known.....she wants sex and she wants to remain anonymous. I think the subliminal (sp??) message came across very well. Whether the airbrushing was perfect or not, the shopper doesn't really care.....they want a solution to their problem.
