I have 2 ideas for sites I'd like to start. I have no experience running a site however. If anyone here WHO IS WELL KNOWN TO THE BOARD FOR BEING TRUSTWORTHY would like to hear them please reply here and if this is the right place to post this thread, I'll email you- if you think the ideas are feasible $ makers, we could go partners on them-thanks

What kind of content do these ideas require? (in a general way: no need to give your secret away)

one is a picture rating site the other would be a forum type site
