Depends what the php Does ..

What do you want to use php for? I have a dedicated server with plenty of room to spare, I can host you for free if you just signup for some sponsors under me and add a link to my site.

I'm not aware of any adult freehosts that support PHP because of the obvious security & optimization concerns. Why not just get a cheap virtual hosting account instead?
