I made new gallery (just want to change layout) I need some critics about it!

Ummm sorry to tell you but thats not a gallery. Its sort of a banner farm.
A gallery has thumbnails that open to larger pics. Check my sig

too much empty blue space

Way too many sponsor links(assuming its NOT for paid spots). For maximum acceptance try to keep the sponsor links to a minimum, not more than 3.

Make the CLICK HERE links bigger.

Those thumbs are way to small, I like to make them about 130 for pics and 175 to 200 for movies.

Or you can buy a gallery design :)
